Isabel González was born in Pamplona in 1988, city where she began her flute studies with
Professor A. Arbea.
In 2012 she graduated with highest honors at the High School of Music of the Basque Country, Musikene, under the guidance of teachers and A. Angulo and A. Octavio.
In January 2015 she completed the Master in Interpretarion, specializing in flute at the Staatliche Hochschule für Musik and Performing Arts of Mannheim with Prof. J. Schmitz.
Moreover, Isabel has a special talent for teaching. She is graduated in Music Education by the UPNA, University of Navarra. She teaches flute at the Pfaltz Music School at the Abendakademie of Mannheim.
In the field of chamber music she regularly works with the Trio Sanssoucie and Kurpfälzisches Kammerorchester. Besides she has obtained a scholarship from the Yehudi Menuhin Live Music Now Foundation.
She is currently enrolled in upper studies for band conducting at the Staatlich Hochschule für Musik and Performing Arts of Mannheim.
